Add the core functionality for this plugin, including:

• ability to inject m.<id> = m.top.findNode(<id>) logic into every init for every component
• add missing init and missing file if applicable
• flag usage of m.top.findNode(<id>) in the init() function since we're doing it for you already

Also adds some project features including:

• code coverage
• github actions build
• github actions package creator script
