📌 Project Overview

This project is an end-to-end automation solution designed for travel agencies and tour operators. It streamlines the entire lead lifecycle—from initial inquiry via Jotform to hotel selection, automated email communication, booking confirmation, and centralized data management in Zoho CRM and Airtable.

The goal is to eliminate manual data entry, reduce response times, and provide a seamless booking experience for tourists.

🚀 Features & Workflow

1. Lead Capture

The journey begins when a potential traveler fills out a comprehensive Tour Planner Form.

• Source: Jotform
• Data Collected: Destination, budget, travel dates, and preferences.

2. Intelligent Hotel Suggestion

Based on the destination provided in the form, the system automatically fetches and suggests the best-rated hotels. These suggestions are then sent directly to the traveler via email.

3. Interactive Approval & Confirmation

The traveler receives an email with hotel options and can approve or select their preferred choice directly from the email interface. Once selected, the system triggers a booking confirmation.

4. Zoho CRM Integration

Upon confirmation, the traveler is automatically created as a Lead in Zoho CRM. This ensures the sales team can track the lead status, manage follow-ups, and maintain a high conversion rate.

5. Detailed Record Keeping (Airtable)

Every detail regarding the trip, hotel selection, and customer preferences is logged into Airtable. This acts as a secondary operational database for detailed logistics and reporting.
