Ing. Lukáš Rod

I'm a Software Engineer, Full Stack Web Developer, and Photographer. I work as a Frontend & GQL Developer for Czech TV's online video platform iVysílání. I love nature (Ore Mountains ❤), traveling, and urbex. I graduated from FIT CTU Prague with a Master's degree (Ing.) in Web and Software Engineering (specialization Software Engineering).

I focus on creating responsive custom websites/web applications and easy-to-use information systems. The development includes meetings and cooperation with a customer, SW analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.

Tech stack

Frontend: React 18 / TypeScript / HTML 5 / CSS 3 / JS / customized Bootstrap 5 (or Reactstrap) / SPA (Single-Page-App) P.S. In love ❤ with React!

My target is a unique responsive highly usable web site/app built according to customers' requirements, recognizable by a visitor at first glance – no edited themes/templates you can see used in every second website.*

Backend: Node.js, GraphQL (Apollo, Mercurius, Pothos), PHP 8 (Laravel 10, Filament 3), Python 3 (Gunicorn, Django web framework, REST API based on Django REST Framework), MySQL / PostgreSQL
