  • check if upgrade available on github
  • clicking on stoplight prompts with option to liberate full library
  • improved logging: at startup, config changes, library counts, better starting instructions to liberate library

Download and unzip LibationFiles_v3.1.1.zip and run Libation.exe -- icon is a black wine glass. I recommend making a shortcut. I'm working on a more manageable install and/or autoupdate, but it's low priority compared to everything else.
