Botanical spirits compliance tracking for craft absinthe and bitters distilleries
WormwoodCert is an early-stage prototype for managing regulatory compliance around thujone-bearing botanical spirits. It's built for small and mid-size distilleries that need to track grand wormwood sourcing, document lab results, and generate the paperwork required to sell legally across jurisdictions — without building that workflow in spreadsheets.
- Track grand wormwood by harvest lot, including origin and sourcing records
- Upload and store lab assay results for thujone concentration per production batch
- Auto-generate EU Regulation 110/2008 compliance declarations from batch data
- Monitor FDA import alert status for batches flagged for US market entry
- Pass/fail batch status at a glance — a batch either meets thujone limits or it doesn't ship

This is a single-codebase prototype. Data entry, batch records, and document generation are handled within one application layer with no external services wired up at this stage. The document generation logic pulls directly from the batch and assay records stored in the app.
