CochlearCert runs as a set of independently deployable microservices behind a single API gateway, with each ingestion pipeline isolated so a bad clinic feed never poisons the rest of the system. Audiogram records are persisted in MongoDB, which handles the document-per-worker model better than anything I tried before it. Hot risk scores and shift-pattern aggregates are cached long-term in Redis so the dashboard stays fast regardless of how many sites you're running. The OSHA report generation layer is its own process — fully stateless, fully deterministic, always correct.
