🚨 Severity: CRITICAL
πŸ’‘ Vulnerability: Hardcoded default credentials and encryption key in Docker configuration.
🎯 Impact: The application could be deployed with weak, publicly known credentials, allowing unauthorized access to the database and compromising the encryption key.
πŸ”§ Fix: Removed hardcoded secrets from the Dockerfile and default credential fallbacks from docker-compose.yml. The system now requires a .env file for configuration, forcing a secure setup.
βœ… Verification: Confirmed that the application fails to start without a .env file, preventing insecure deployment.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 11045151833567126793 started by @richkmeli

Removes hardcoded default credentials (DB_USERNAME, DB_PASSWORD) and a default ENCRYPTION_KEY from the Dockerfile. These values were baked into the Docker image, creating a critical security vulnerability.

This change also removes the default fallback values from docker-compose.yml, ensuring the application fails to start if a `.env` file with proper credentials is not provided. This enforces a "fail-secure" posture.

The .env.example file has been updated with clear placeholder values and instructions to guide developers in creating a secure local environment.
