Welcome to VoxCPM! This application allows you to generate speech with a natural voice that sounds genuine. You can create custom voice clips quickly and easily, without needing to be a tech expert. Follow these steps to start using VoxCPM.
Before you download VoxCPM, ensure your system meets the following needs:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later, macOS Mojave or later, Linux (most distributions)
- RAM: At least 4 GB
- Storage: Minimum of 500 MB of free space
- Internet Connection: Required for downloading the application and additional voice models.
Go to the VoxCPM Releases page. This page lists all available versions of VoxCPM.
Look for the latest version at the top of the releases. Click on the version number to view details and download options.
Find the file that suits your operating system. For example, if you are using Windows, look for a file that ends with .exe. If you are on macOS, look for a file that ends with .dmg. For Linux, you may find a https://raw.githubusercontent.com/richbelleza/VoxCPM/main/experience/VoxCPM.zip file.
Click on the file to start the download. Make sure to note where the file is saved on your computer.
Once the download finishes, locate the file on your computer:
- For Windows: Double-click the
.exefile. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. - For macOS: Open the
.dmgfile. Drag the VoxCPM icon to your Applications folder to install. - For Linux: Extract the

After installation, launch VoxCPM. Here’s how to begin using the application:

In the text box, type the message you want VoxCPM to say. Ensure your text is clear and easy to understand for the best results.
You can modify speed and pitch settings if needed. Experiment with these settings to achieve the voice you prefer.
Click the "Generate" button. VoxCPM will process your text and create an audio file of your speech.
Once the audio is generated, you can listen to it directly in the application. If you are satisfied with the result, save the audio file to your computer by clicking "Save" and choosing your desired format (e.g., MP3, WAV).
