Seems similar to #11. I will merge this once I have time to create a new PyPi release as well. |

Thank you so much for creating the following library. One minor improvement. Listing_ID is not required for the above_the_fold endpoint. It doesn't affect output. Please take a look at my changes and let me know what you think
