Adds a notice to the README (under License) and to the website footer (home and privacy) that the third-party tool names are their owners' trademarks and that Pair Desk is independent, not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Audit for PD-23: no bundled third-party code, fonts or images; names are factual compatibility mentions only, no logos. Also tidies the footer spacing and the start-command box. Rendered headless at desktop and phone widths.
