Welcome to Raidionics-Slicer!

Raidionics is a software primarily developed for automatic and reproducible central nervous system segmentation and standardized reporting over a set of MRI scans. To know more about it, please visit the Raidionics Wiki. In addition to the original CNS use-case, Raidionics-Slicer also proposes segmentation models for the mediastinal area related to lung cancer.

Central nervous system structures

Tumor core (contrast-enhancing), enhancing tissue (ET), necrosis (NETC), FLAIR hyperintensity (SNFH), resection cavity, and brain.

Mediastinum structures

Tumor, lymph nodes, airways, heart, pulmonary veins, pulmonary trunk, aorta (ascending, descending, arch), vena cava, azygos vein, subclavian arteries, brachiocephalic veins, esophagus, spine, and lungs.
