OrNet is a novel framework attempting to provide a potent representation which can be used for downstream tasks such as classification, but also for more nuanced tasks such as phenotype/morphology discovery and qualitative analysis. The complex tasks make "scoring" an implementation of the framework difficult. Consequently, this milestone exists to cover all the issues which pursue establishing baseline models to validate the different components of OrNet, in hopes that comprehensive validation will justify its utility as an entire, integrated framework.
