This PR:

Fixes the build for Windows (#107) and Linux (#85) to use CxFreeze
MacOS build still builds using PyInstaller but it seems to be segfaults for some reason
Updates the pyipv8 submodule to use https instead of ssh so that build job is able to properly clone the repo for build.
