The default installation directory is set to the following:

InstallDir "$PROGRAMFILES\${PRODUCT}"

This directory usually requires administrator privileges. If users install in this directory, they will need to run Tribler as administrator.

Tribler(Experimental) does not need administrator privileges and we should pick a default directory to match that. The users's Documents directory could be a good candidate.

The Debian installer has the same issue. It's probably best to revert to the old behavior of placing the state dir in the home directory.
