intent was to highlight the key words in points, hv changed it to this

I think we were discussing about floating the Lightning Talks form before the event. Not on the day. It will be open on the day as well. @anistark @bhavin192 any thoughts? |
Oh ok so lightning talks would be open like a week before or so?, i was told its on the day so i added only for the day |
I wouldn't recommend opening lightning talks from before. Should be at the event. |
