Switch tracking-fsm-baseline and mtb-change-detection from yolo11s_mighty-mongoose_v5.1.0 to yolo11s_nimble-narwhal_v6.0.0, aligning with pyro-detector-baseline.
Keep v6.0.0 model metrics and dvc.lock for tracking-fsm-baseline. Pipeline will need rerun after integrating both changes.
