Running import on separate machine. Server instances now use the same
motis-update-feeds.motis-update-feeds-secondaryis now for the import-only instance. Possible next step: Run that with woodpecker instead of service.Also: finally enabling osr_footpath and elevation by auto-amending the config.yml.
