This pr implements the MomConnect Pulse Survey, a 2-minute feedback survey to evaluate user satisfaction, trust, sentiment, and likelihood to recommend the MomConnect service.
The flow checks user eligibility via Rapidro contact lookup and directs the user based on their pulse_survey_status
(SELECTED, ACCEPTED, COMPLETED or otherwise).
At the end of the survey, the collected results are sent to RapidPro.
