- Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/yourusername/queue-analyzer.git
- Install dependencies:
pip install -r requirements.txt
in case YOLO is not getting installed --- Install ultralytics:
pip install ultralytics
- Configure the parameters.
- Run the main script:
python queue_analyzer.py
