What kind of change does this PR introduce?

AC emulation of HVDC lines is disabled in the fast DC SA, as it is not yet supported in Woodbury.
Note that this is already the case in the DC sensitivity analysis.

What is the current behavior?

AC emulation is not disabled in fast DC SA.
If a contingency is on an HVDC line that emulates in AC, the results of the security analysis are wrong.
