I noticed that the metadata cell grouping information you provided to HCA has 29 clusters, and predicted.celltype.l2 has 31 clusters, which is inconsistent with the 14 clusters in the original text. Looking at the code you provided to learn more about the cohort information still confuses me. I don't know if you are convenient to provide metadata information for the 14 subpopulation subgroups.
