Hi, Thank's for your modifications... I re-installed the Nebulosa package from Github with this change, but I have this error: Error in as.vector(x,"character"): cannot coerce type 'environment' to vector of type 'character'. |

Hi @CharlineJnnt, Not sure since this was while ago. However, support for these palettes is provided in scCustomize as part of function wrappers I’ve written around Nebulosa plots (see here: https://samuel-marsh.github.io/scCustomize/articles/Gene_Expression_Plotting.html#density-plots). Best, |
