Build

1. Install node/npm
   • Download at https://nodejs.org
   • or install with a package manager like homebrew
2. Install gulp globally: npm install -g gulp
3. run npm install to install necessary npm modules
4. compile JavaScript
   • for development using "eval" for source maps: gulp dev
   • for distribution, generating a minified file: gulp dist
