It might also make sense to add disabling directory file counts as well as a large amount of files in a directory can slow down the directory listing, but would also be helpful to lazy load file directory counts and thumbnails if enabled, similar to nautalis. |

He asked for it to be labeled Thumbnails. It looks like it's now labeled Thumbnailer. |
