Added Optimism and Polygon Delegation
Commented out Olympus Bond - no longer needed
Fixed stMatic token alias
Added stETH icon for SPETHWIN

TODO - ETH balance, POL balances
I think theres some funky stuff happening with the total treasury number at the top that needs further investigation but fixing stMatic value should be a step in the right direction. OP is still not right, guessing it has to do with not being able to get gecko price from Optimism
