docs: compare pnpm with npm only on the feature comparison page

Keeping the Yarn column accurate takes ongoing tracking of a package manager we don't follow closely, and a stale column is worse than no column. This drops Yarn from the feature comparison, leaving pnpm and the npm CLI.

Along with the column:

• Zero-Installs row removed — it existed only to contrast with Yarn; neither pnpm nor npm supports it.
• Notes that only explained Yarn's behavior removed (Plug'n'Play "Default in Yarn", the nodeLinker: pnpm CAS note, "resolutions", the Plug'n'Play note on auto-install before script run, "Yarn has a plugin for it").
• yarn.lock and yarn dlx dropped from the lockfile and dlx notes.

Only docs/feature-comparison.md (the current version) is changed; versioned docs are left as published.
