Vietnamese translation replaced with English text
The Vietnamese translations for RUNE_NAME_10048 and ITEM_NAME_10048 were changed from "Rune HP Yggdrasil" (Vietnamese-style) to "Yggdrasil HP Rune" (English). This breaks Vietnamese localization since the Vietnamese column now contains untranslated English text, unlike the adjacent rows which have proper Vietnamese translations like "Rune tấn công Yggdrasil" and "Ngọc bổ trợ Tốc độ Yggdrasil".
