- Re-enable MacOS & Ubuntu for pixlie_ai os matrix
- Move commands to set environment variables for MacOS into a shell script
- Run archiving for admin build only for release tags
- Introduce concurrency to ensure old worklows do not override new ones, specially for releases

We can merge this after the Windows binary is tested once.

@miteshashar let me know when the Windows build works, I will close this when you want.

Issues identified until now running the production build on MacOS:

  1. My existing dev rocksdb database couldnt be read. It throws the error Error from rocksdb: Not implemented: Unsupported compression method for this build: Snappy. 123
    • For now, I just backed up my current pixlie database and let the production build create it's own, which worked.
  2. The :58236 frontend delivery persisted to use a cached version. Initially, I was facing issues which were resolved after I merged main into this branch.
    • The home URL kept delivering the old homepage with a 304, which would keep redirecting to /settings/status. Hard reloads weren't working.
    • I found resolution only when I manually set "Disable cache" on the browser console.
    • So, for now I think we should deliver index.html with a Cache-Control: no-cache header. If that doesn't resolve the issue, we can deliver it with Cache-Control: no-store.
  3. After bypassing the above issues, it's now throwing this error.

@brainless I have left the last release published on https://github.com/pixlie/PixlieAI/releases/tag/v0.2.0 intact. Can you test the Linux build?

@brainless Given that this PR is not atomic and has the following apart from fixing the CI/CD pipelines:

… I think we should handle #119 (comment) in a separate branch.

On merge, we can release a version v0.2.0-beta to ensure our developer experience does not break, else download_admin_site() will start breaking.
