I pulled the latest tags for the v8 versions. Right now they have to be updated manually. I have not tested builds on windows or macos but they could work like that. We need the cache as building v8 takes between 1-2 hours. Maybe this can be improved in another way. 2000 free github minutes are eaten away easily so maybe the trigger should be changed not to run on every push.
Your ideas?
