This PR adds a deprecation warning for Bitnami-based dependencies.
They will remain supported only until the last release prior to 1.0.0.
Starting from version 1.0.0, they will no longer be maintained.
No functional changes are introduced. The warning is displayed during
helm installandhelm upgrade.
