Fix Lights #65

Please note that since version 2.9.15 the KLF200 will be rebooted automatically on hass stop even or on disconnect. An additional automation is no longer necessary. The service velux.reboot_gateway is also no longer available. Nevertheless the reboot can be triggered with a restart button now, which is available at the KLF200 device level, just in case.
