• PURL Core-Spec v0.91

  This milestone is for the final draft version of the PURL Core Specification. The Core Spec is the set of documentation and other artifacts that we will need for the launch of PURL v1.0 in January 2026. The Core Spec is inclusive of the PURL Ecma Standard and includes other deliverables such as: HowTo documentation (build or parse a PURL), test suites and PURL Type data.
