Update dependencies, with two significant changes: we now refer to our xmodem and zmodem dependencies using the `main` branches on our internal forks (codeberg was down a few nights ago, which made CI runs fail).. Also update the version of Rust to the latest. Signed-off-by: Dan Cross <[email protected]>
