Re-order fields in TS-ESLint snapshots to align with Oxc.
The re-orders fields according to a list generated by https://github.com/oxc-project/oxc/tree/overlookmotel/estree-field-orders.
This is not for merging right now - better we get Oxc's with-TS AST aligned in terms of content before we worry about field order. But once we've got that far, we can update the list, and merge this.
