Use relative URL for linking between Intro-CS and Intro-Programming coursepages, to fix https://cs.ossu.dev website. Currently, it leads to a raw version of the markdown file: https://cs.ossu.dev/coursepages/intro-programming/README.md
This also fixes some links and typos.
