Is the name of the SIG literally "Tooling"? Would it make sense to call this something like "CRA Tooling" in order to differentiate it from "Security Tooling Working Group"? Or does this SIG encompass tooling that is CRA-adjacent, and / or tooling that's useful regardless of your organization's compliance with CRA?
