Update geometry to match the currently available imagery, rather than the
complete mosaic layer likely scheduled to be complete only in 2028
The next acquisition was completed this spring of 2025, and will be released in
early 2026 (https://geohub.lio.gov.on.ca/datasets/lio::south-western-ontario-orthophotography-project-swoop-2025-1km-index/about)
