Hi,
I was providing a TMS proxy for these three WMS services. This was needed before iD editor learned to show WMS services directly. I checked in iD, that all three layers now shows correctly using the WMS versions.
My server (osm.zby.cz) is going offline soon, so I am removing those layers.
If anyone needs to run these TMS proxies - the exact php scripts are here.
