• KDE GTK theme is now changed via dbus instead of editing the config files

• Improved label of checkbox for automatic location update
• Konsole plugin now uses two profiles: one light, one dark. These profiles get updated with the currently selected themes and Konsole and yakuake now simply switch between these two. This makes live theme changes possible.

• names of custom shell scripts can now contain whitespace
