node can't sync

node version: 0.50.5

To Reproduce

the node don't sync suddenly, as below:

we tried rollback, but it is no use.

after we download the snapshot, and restore the data. but it to say as below:
"wrong app version 0, upgrade handler is missing for v0.50.5 upgrade plan"

Expected behavior

Node can sync normally.
