• Generated proxy-config metadata to include dynamic proxy for org.mockito.plugins.MemberAccessor.

This looks similar to the previous PR that provided metadata for Mockito. cc @mhalbritter @melix

That looks good to me. Only supports the interface based mocking, but that was the case with 4.8.1, too.

@melix please review this pull request when possible as we are planning to have a new release of reachability metadata (+Native Build Tools) soon.
