* move selectel v2 api implementation into old selectel api * fix syntax depreciation warning in SecurityController.php

Rewrote the implementation of the new API and tested it on a local OPNsense host (OPNsense 25.7.8-amd64, FreeBSD 14.3-RELEASE-p1). |

The provider currently supports two API versions: v1 (legacy) and v2 (actual). Legacy version is supported in a limited way and will be disabled from 09.2025. This PR adds support for v2 API
