Fix all 23 AsciiDocDITA Vale errors and warnings across the assembly and its included modules: add missing content type and short descriptions, convert callouts to comment-style markers with ordered lists, replace unsupported block titles with introductory text, and move additional resources to end of assembly with pure link-only bullets.
