Fix 33 of 34 AsciiDocDITA Vale issues across 12 files:

• Add [role="_abstract"] short descriptions to 11 modules
• Convert 12 callout lists to description lists or bullet lists
• Fix 5 unsupported block titles (convert to paragraphs)
• Fix 2 unsupported task titles (.Verification steps → .Verification)
• Attach 3 standalone content blocks to procedure steps with + continuations
