Description
We are currently tracking state and checkpoint for the
opensearchsource with PIT, to pick up in the middle of processing, but we can't checkpoint acks yet so for now we will start from beginning of the index with acks enabled to ensure no data loss.This change also lowers the acknowledgment timeout to 20 minutes from 1 hour for each index, so it will be retried sooner in the case of a failure
