Add negative controls

• Added negative controls. I couldn’t get this to work:
  cellulitis = ukhsa_skin_infections; cellulitis.remove(potentially_vaccine_related).
  So I kept the unfriendly, but functioning code
• Added a line to drop NAs because tests were failing when trying to plot empty variables (see analysis/4-contrast/combine-contrasts.R).
