Add claim module E2E tests for claim restoration and duplication process

Description

The following steps for restoration process:

• Display the list of rejected services
• Open the first service in the list
• Click on the restore button
• Enter the new code and save
• Verify that the new service has been successfully recorded by searching for it in the list

The following steps for duplication process:

• search claim
• if claim not exist, create the claim and duplicate it after
• if claim exist open it and duplicate it
