Makes the YorkFit function external, as it was previously an internal function (in polar plot).
Adds documentation including an example with simulated data set.
Removes the Gaussian kernel weighting part which was relevant only to the polar plot function.
Makes tol and max_iteration explicit arguments.
I intend to add references.
