This is needed to make it possible to reigster the Paxinos and Watson atlas. It has a copyright, so it does not have a license.

I'm not happy with this solution. FAIR states clearly that all data should state a license. License should be separated from copy rights or usage agreements. We need to discuss this from the legal perspective before making changes. @UlrikeS91 for now let us endure the incomplete registration of those atlases in that aspect. I'll try to clarify how this should be handled best |
