PerfTest - saturation test for OTAP to not use waitforresult

#1815 added saturation test to OTAP-OTAP scenario, but used the config with wait_for_result:true. But OTAP receiver does not have that implemented. Back-pressure tests were already not running these

This PR modified the saturation test with OTAP to use the wait-for-result:false mode until above is addressed.
